Clean Items
Wash the items in warm, soapy water using Milton Baby Bottle Cleaner, then rinse thoroughly.
Prepare the solution
With 4 litres of clear cold water, add 2 Milton Anti-bacterial Tablets or 1 capful (30 ml) of Anti-bacterial Solution.
Immerse your items
Wait 15 minutes and everything is sterilised. You can leave the items in the solution for up to 24 hours.

How long do Milton’s Solution or Tablets take to work?
Items are ready for use after just 15 minutes of complete immersion in the Milton solution but can be left soaking for up to 24 hours. Items can be added and removed to and from the solution throughout the day as and when they are needed.
How long will a bottle stay sterile after being removed from the Milton solution?
Bottles should be filled immediately after removal from the Milton solution. Teats should be covered.
What are the instructions to sterilise baby items with Milton Anti-bacterial Tablets?
Just follow these simple 3 steps.
1. CLEAN
Wash bottle, teat, breastfeeding equipment in warm soapy water, then rinse in cold water.
2. PREPARE SOLUTION
Fill your unit with 4L of cold water, add 2 Milton Tablet. Let the tablet fully dissolve
3. ADD ITEMS
Close the lid and in just 15 minutes everything is ready to use. No need to rinse. Items can stay in the solution until needed. Renew the solution every 24 hours.
What are the instructions to use the Milton Anti-bacterial Solution or Tablets for home hygiene?
You can use a solution made up with Milton Anti-bacterial Tablets or Solution to clean all objects, floors and surfaces in your home with no need to rinse. The solution can be used to disinfect fridges, chopping boards, plastic containers.
Use this simple dilution:
Dilute 30 ml (1 capful) of Milton Solution or 2 Milton Tablets in 4 litres of cold water. Surfaces are disinfected after 15 minutes. Wipe pre-cleaned items or surfaces with made up solution and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse surfaces in direct contact with food.
